Credit Card Orders

All credit card details on this website are handled securely to ensure confidentiality and 128 bit SSL encryption is employed to ensure sensitive data is protected during transmission over the internet.

Purchases will appear on your card statement as being from SIMPLY THE BEST, SPAIN and will be in British Pounds (£). We will not charge your card until goods are ready to despatch to you. You will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order, and a second email confirming despatch once your credit card charge is approved by your bank. Orders placed can be cancelled by the customer at any time before despatch of the goods. This period is usually 24 hours from placement of your order.

Returns & Refunds

Faulty dvds are very rare, but if you do receive a defective disc please return it to us. We will then speedily get a replacement dvd to you. However before you return a defective dvd, please read the Dvd Format Info section of this website to ensure that your dvd player is correctly set to play the disc you suspect may be faulty. Please note that we can only replace defective discs with a new copy of the SAME title.

We do not usually issue refunds unless goods are returned to us within 7 days of receipt, unplayed and unmarked, and complete with their original packaging.

Customer Obligations

By placing an order on this website you are certifying that you are an adult, and that you are fully aware of the laws regarding the purchase of adult pornographic material in your country of residence. All the dvds on this website are legal to own in Spain and the Netherlands, and all the dvds contain only participants over the age of eighteen at the time of filming. Proof of age is held on file by each individual dvd producer.
